Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Location: Lagos

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking or Economics (MBA preferred)
• Professional certification (CIBN, ACIB, Chartered Banker) highly desirable
• 12-15 years' experience in microfinance, retail, or MSME banking, with at least 5 years in leadership
• Proven track record building and managing microfinance or community banking portfolios
• Strong understanding of CBN microfinance regulations and risk management.
