We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Group Head, Retail Banking

Location: Lagos

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration or Economics (MBA an advantage)
• 10 - 12 years' experience in retail banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record driving customer acquisition, retention, and digital retail growth
• Strong understanding of consumer financial services, credit analysis, and retail risk management
• Experience with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions.
