Job Summary

• Mshel Homes is seeking an analytical and forward-thinking Strategy Officer to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's strategic initiatives and business growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the company's corporate strategy and business plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Assist in the preparation of strategic reports, presentations, and proposals for management review.
• Track and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives against set objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to align departmental goals with overall corporate strategy.
• Support in identifying business risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to management.
• Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and business cases for new projects and initiatives.
• Monitor industry, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to the company's operations.
• Support the planning and execution of strategy review sessions and retreats.
• Maintain accurate records of strategic plans, project timelines, and performance data.
• Carry out all other tasks in the ordinary course of business which the management reasonably considers necessary or proper in the interest of the Company, in your capacity as a Strategy Officer.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is an advantage.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or a related role.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to management.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
