Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Plan, manage, and optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing,v content marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Create engaging and high-converting content for the company website, blog, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support business growth and increase sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to create marketing campaigns that drive client acquisition and retention.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and new business opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend improvements to achieve business objectives.
• Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial sector is an added advantage.
