We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pre-Disbursement Agent

Location: Ogun

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical visits to applicants' residential and business addresses.
• Confirm the authenticity of applicants' home and business addresses.
• Assess the applicant's business operations, income-generating activities, and repayment capacity.
• Interview applicants, guarantors, neighbors, or business associates where necessary to validate information provided.
• Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or fraudulent information during field investigations.
• Capture geolocation coordinates and photographs of applicants, businesses, and collateral as required.
• Complete field verification reports accurately and submit them within the required turnaround time.
• Ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory requirements are met before loan approval.
• Escalate suspicious applications or cases that require further investigation.

• Strong investigative and analytical skills.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and potential fraud.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good report writing and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in microfinance or digital lending
• Knowledge of CBN debt collection guidelines.
