Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented female Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and business success.
• The ideal candidate will develop creative campaigns, execute promotional activities, and implement marketing strategies aligned with customer preferences and beauty industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee advertising and communication campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
• Carry out customer surveys to understand market needs and improve customer loyalty.
• Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with management on marketing budgets and monitor campaign expenses.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders through effective negotiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
• Female candidates are strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and marketing principles.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the beauty industry, trends, and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as CRM software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational, time management, and creative thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of makeup is required.
