Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and material management activities.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock control, proper storage of materials, and effective management of mechanical equipment and spare parts within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all store and inventory operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
• Supervise the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of mechanical equipment, tools, and spare parts.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliation exercises.
• Lead and supervise store personnel to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
• Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and production teams to support operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
• At least 2 years' experience handling mechanical equipment, industrial tools, spare parts, or engineering materials.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
