We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Circular Weaving Operator

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor circular weaving machines to produce high-quality woven fabrics, sacks, or other products according to production specifications.
• Set up and adjust the machine by installing the required yarns, configuring machine settings, and making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired production output and quality.
• Monitor the weaving process continuously to identify and correct issues such as yarn breakage, uneven tension, machine stoppages, fabric defects, and irregular weaving.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of minor worn-out components, while promptly reporting major mechanical faults to the maintenance team.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company standards, customer specifications, and required dimensions before they are released for further processing or packaging.
• Maintain accurate production records, including production output, machine downtime, material usage, defects, and other relevant operational information.
• Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping by following all safety procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE), maintaining a clean work area, and supporting the smooth operation of multiple machines when required.
