Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and engineering operations of a prestigious hospitality establishment.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facility maintenance and a strong technical background in hotel engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, equipment, and building systems.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Manage plumbing, carpentry, laundry equipment, refrigeration systems, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems, and other facility infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to operational standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of spare parts and equipment.
• iaise with contractors and vendors to ensure quality maintenance services.
• Prepare maintenance reports and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or relevant industry.
• Strong technical expertise in:
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Laundry Equipment
  • Refrigeration Systems
  • Air Conditioning (HVAC)
  • Hotel Equipment Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and facility management systems.
