Job Title: Steward / Kitchen Porte

Job Summary 

• The steward / kitchen porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of allkitchen, food preparation, stewarding, and food service areas to ensure efficient and hygienic operations in accordance with the standards of a superior luxury hotel.
• The role supports the Kitchen and food & beverage departments by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, cookware, utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and food preparation areas, while ensuring the continuous availability of clean operational equipment.
• The steward / kitchen porter is also responsible for waste management, proper storage of cleaned equipment, maintaining hygienic work environments, assisting with inventory handling, and supporting banquet and restaurant operations. The role is essential in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP principles, occupational health and safety standards, and the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
