• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (a Master's degree is an advantage).
• Have at least 5 years of relevant leadership and school management experience.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Have a solid understanding of curriculum implementation, school operations, and staff supervision.
• Are committed to academic excellence, innovation, and the holistic development of learners.
• Are proficient in the use of technology and digital tools for school administration.
