Job Title: Resident Internal Control officer
Locations: Ajah, and Epe - Lagos

Job Description (in summary)
- Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal control reviews and compliance audits and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Identify, investigate and report operational risks, control weaknesses and policy violations.
- Ensure effective implementation of internal controls to safeguard the Bank's assets and promote operational efficiency.
- Prepare periodic internal control and compliance reports and provide guidance to staff on risk management and control procedures.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or any other numerate discipline.
- Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in a MFBs/MFIs, Commercial banks or Finance houses.
- Partly qualified in ICAN or ACA will be an added advantage.
