Job Description

• We are seeking an exceptionally high-performing, well-connected Senior Investment Marketer to drive capital acquisition and close high-ticket real estate and fintech investments.
• This is not a standard marketing role.
• We are strictly looking for an elite female professional who moves seamlessly in exclusive, ultra-high-net-worth circles, possesses an unyielding drive for financial success, and has a proven, verifiable track record of closing major deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and corporate investors into key clients.
• Pitch high-value real estate assets and fintech investment products to prospective investors.
• Leverage private networks and elite social ecosystems to build and maintain an active pipeline of HNWIs.
• End-to-end deal origination, negotiation, and closing.
• Deliver consistent, measurable investment inflows in line with monthly revenue targets.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND, Master Degree, NCE, OND in relevant discipline with 5 years experience.
• Proven Track Record: Mandatory evidence of closing high-value sales or securing major investment capital in Real Estate, Private Wealth Management, Fintech, or Private Banking.
• All claims of past sales performance will undergo strict background verification.
• Network & Social Positioning: A robust, active social presence within premium, exclusive, and high-end networks.
• Candidates must be comfortable navigating luxury spaces and top-tier social circles.
• Image & Presentation: Impeccable personal branding, highly attractive, sophisticated, and polished professional appearance.
• Drive & Mindset: Highly ambitious, goal-oriented, and fiercely results-driven with a hunger for high earnings.
• Communication: Exceptional persuasive communication, negotiation, and high-stakes pitching skills.

Remuneration

• Base Salary: N500,000 net monthly.
• Commission: Uncapped, highly competitive commission structure per closed deal.
• Perks: Access to executive networking events and corporate deal-closing allowances.
