Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our Security and Investigations firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the security and investigations industry.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of security personnel.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and industry-specific regulations related to security personnel.
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee development.
• Coordinate training and professional development programs to enhance skills and compliance within the workforce.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain qualified security professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within the security and investigations industry.
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes relevant to security personnel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that meet organizational goals.
• Experience with HR software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
