We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Driver

Location: Ikeja, Agege, Ogba, Berger, and Lekki - Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to designated executives while ensuring the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
• The role requires discretion, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives to meetings, appointments, business trips, and other official engagements.
• Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrival while considering traffic conditions.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean and excellent operating condition.
• Carry out routine vehicle inspections and promptly report faults or maintenance needs.
• Ensure vehicle documents (insurance, licence, roadworthiness, etc.) are valid and up to date.
• Refuel the vehicle as required and maintain accurate fuel and maintenance records.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safe driving practices.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other official items when necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive discussions, schedules, and company information.
• Be available for occasional after-hours, weekend, or out-of-town assignments as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Valid Nigerian driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as an Executive Driver or Corporate Driver.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic regulations.

Requirements

• Must reside in Agege, Berger, Ikeja, Ogba, or Lekki.
• Must be physically fit and medically capable of driving for extended periods.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and well-groomed.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent driving and defensive driving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
