Job Title: Merchant Engagement Executive

Job Summary

• The Merchant Engagement Executive is responsible for onboarding and managing merchants, strengthening relationships, improving merchant performance, and driving marketplace sales.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage merchant partnerships.
• Build and maintain merchant relationships.
• Support merchants to improve sales performance.
• Source products and promotional deals.
• Resolve merchant issues and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketplace growth.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Merchant Management, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• E-commerce or retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Salary
N150,000 – N165,000 per month.
