Job Title: Category Manager

Job Summary
- We're seeking a Category Manager to manage assigned product categories, optimize product assortment, and drive business growth.
- You'll develop category strategies, build strong supplier relationships, analyze market trends, and improve category performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product categories to maximize sales and profitability.
- Forecast demand and monitor stock levels.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best products and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve category performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Category Management or a similar role.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of category management and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary
N350,000 – N390,000 per month.
