We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Assistant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles from design to completion, including BOQ and drawing reviews; provide technical and analytical aid, executive briefings, and track deliverables for the CDO
• Technical Fit-Outs: Manage technical fit-out elements (HVAC, MEP, IT) for project readiness
• Operations & Maintenance: Track maintenance performance, infrastructure reliability, and customer experience
• Expansion & Analysis: Analyze site data and acquisition pipelines, and support regional expansion
• Asset & Procurement Management: Collaborate on asset tracking and ensure alignment between procurement and finance
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop project/facility dashboards and generate actionable insights through reporting
• Quality Management: Authorize SOPs and workflows to ensure ISO-aligned Quality Management Systems
• Systems & Automation: Support ERP implementation, process automation, and data structure optimization
• Documentation & Knowledge: Manage internal documentation systems and institutional knowledge workflows
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between operational teams, finance, and technical departments
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, etc.)
• Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
• 5–8 years’ experience in projects, facilities, or property management
• Quality Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning experience preferred
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
