Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service across all channels

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Social media savvy
• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
• Ability to resolve customer enquiries with minimal supervision
• Applicants should reside in Akoka, Bariga, Somolu, Yaba, Onike-Iwaya, Ebute Meta, Surulere, Jibowu, Onipanu, or nearby areas.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
