Job Description 

• We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises, assets, and personnel.
• This role demands a proactive approach to risk management, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills to effectively manage security staff and collaborate with clients and law enforcement agencies.
• The Security Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment by implementing and enforcing security policies, conducting regular inspections, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and investigations.
• Collaborate with clients and management to understand security needs and deliver customized security solutions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 2-3 years experience
• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide personnel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergency situations.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and security technology.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
