Job Title: Sales and Logistics Officer

Description

• We are looking for a Sales and Logistics professional todriverevenue growth through client acquisition while overseeing the seamless delivery and transport of goods. Key duties include client prospecting, order fulfillment coordination, and supply chain tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify prospects, pitch freight/shipping solutions, and close sales contracts.
• Order & Dispatch Coordination: Process sales orders, validate daily dispatch plans, and track shipments in transit.
• Cross-Departmental Liaison: Work with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery.
• Data Reporting & Cost Control: Monitor KPIs like turnaround times, update CRM pipelines, and minimize transit delays or transport costs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Experience: 1 - 5 years of combined experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or sales management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
