Job Title: Agricultural Science Teacher

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Teach Agricultural Science using both theory and practical approaches.
• Supervise school farm activities and agricultural projects.
• Prepare students for practical examinations and competitions.
• Promote modern farming techniques and environmental sustainability.
• Maintain agricultural tools, equipment, and farm records.

Requirements
Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience.
• Experience managing school farms is an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• TRCN registration is an added advantage.
• Cambridge certification is an added advantage for applicants seeking to teach the Cambridge curriculum.
• Strong moral character, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic and personal development.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative school environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of crop and animal production.
• Practical agricultural skills.
• Good communication and classroom management.

• Competitive salary (N90,000 - N150,000 per month) based on qualifications and experience.
