Job Title: Campus Coordinator
Location: Nationwide
The Role
- We are looking for an ambitious Campus Coordinator to lead VivaFemini's campus growth strategy across universities, polytechnics, and higher education institutions in Nigeria.
- You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performance team of Campus Ambassadors who will drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and community engagement within their respective campuses.
- Working closely with student leaders, faculty, campus organisations, and student unions, you will create sustainable growth channels that introduce VivaFemini to thousands of young women across Nigeria's tertiary institutions.
- This is afull-time, results-driven role for someone who understands campus dynamics, can mobilise student networks, and has a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Ambassador Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of 10-20 Campus Ambassadors across assigned campuses.
- Set clear performance targets for each Ambassador (installs, activations, conversions).
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide structured feedback.
- Maintain team morale, motivation, and accountability.
- Ensure Ambassadors meet their individual targets consistently.
Campus Outreach & Activation:
- Identify and engage student organisations, faculty, and campus decision-makers.
- Plan and execute campus activations, health campaigns, and outreach events.
- Create awareness of VivaFemini through peer-to-peer marketing and referrals.
- Partner with student unions, female associations, and health-focused campus groups.
- Develop creative strategies to reach female students and staff.
Partnership Development:
- Build strategic relationships with campus health centres, counselling units, and student welfare departments.
- Partner with faculty members and lecturers who support women's health initiatives.
- Engage with campus-based organisations (Rotaract, Red Cross, female-focused societies).
- Identify opportunities for sponsored events, workshops, and collaborations.
User Acquisition & Conversion:
- Drive verified user acquisition through campus channels.
- Ensure Ambassadors focus on acquiring Eligible Users (female, registered, verified, onboarded).
- Support Ambassadors in converting users to paying subscribers.
- Drive initiatives that improve user engagement and retention.
Reporting & Data Integrity:
- Maintain accurate records of Ambassadors' performance, installations, and conversions.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure 100% CRM accuracy for all campus activities.
- Track and report on campus-level trends and opportunities.
Requirements
Essential:
- 2-3 years' experience in campus marketing, student leadership, field operations, business development, or community management.
- Currently based on or near a major campus with deep understanding of campus dynamics and student networks.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to mobilise and motivate student volunteers and ambassadors.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Must be available for full-time engagement(not a student currently pursuing full-time studies).
- Passion for improving women's health and empowering young women.
Advantageous:
- Experience as a Student Union leader, Faculty Representative, or Campus Ambassador.
- Existing relationships with student organisations, faculty, or campus decision-makers.
- Experience with health campaigns or women-focused initiatives.
- Knowledge of multiple campuses and ability to scale across institutions.
