Role Overview
- Bakery Associate is responsible for preparing and baking high-quality bakery products while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- The role includes operating bakery equipment, ensuring products are fresh and well-presented, maintaining a clean work environment, and delivering excellent customer service.
- The Bakery Associate also supports daily production activities and works collaboratively to achieve operational and sales targets.
