Job Title: Male Hostel Warden

Job Summary

• Lily College of Nursing Sciences (LCNS) is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and proactive Male Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the male students' hostel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and administration of the male hostel.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
• Supervise student welfare and promptly address hostel-related concerns.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate repairs and ensure hostel facilities remain safe and functional.
• Maintain accurate hostel records, including occupancy, incidents, and visitors' logs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate relevant issues to Management.
• Resolve conflicts among residents professionally and promptly.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure efficient hostel operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in **Social Sciences, Administration, Psychologyor a related field.
• Experience in student affairs, hostel administration, education, residential life, or facilities management is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and emergency response procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
