Job Title: Office Assistant to the Director

Location: Festac Town, Lagos
Reports To:The Director
Employment Type:Full-Time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Office Assistant, a malewho resides in festac town, lagosto the Director to provide administrative and personal support to the Director.
  • The successful candidate will ensure the Director's daily activities run smoothly by providing office assistance, coordinating schedules, accompanying the Director to official functions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administr ative and clerical support to the Director.
  • Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
  • Accompany and escort the Director to official meetings, events, and other engagements when required.
  • Ensure early arrival at venues to support event coordination and logistics.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Receive and screen phone calls, emails, and visitors on behalf of the Director.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and event logistics.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
  • Run official errands as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional office environment.
  • Perform any other  duties assigned by the Director.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND  from a recognized institution.
  • 2–3 years' experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role.
  • Must reside in  Festac Town or its immediate environs. 

Preferred Candidate:

  • Young Male.
  • Physically fit and energetic.
  • Able to work flexible hours when required.
  • Comfortable accompanying the Director on official assignments.
