Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, personable, and service-oriented Concierge Manager to lead our Concierge team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, extensive knowledge of hospitality operations, and the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Concierge Department, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
• Lead, train, and supervise the concierge team to deliver personalized and memorable guest experiences.
• Coordinate guest requests, including transportation, restaurant reservations, event bookings, tours, and other concierge services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, vendors, and service providers to offer premium services to guests.
• Welcome VIP guests and ensure their needs are anticipated and professionally managed.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of guest preferences to provide personalized service during future visits.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and hospitality etiquette.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office Operations within a reputable hotel, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest service best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Professional appearance with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
