Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager - Multi-Market FMCG & Fragrance Portfolio

Location: Victoria island, Lagos

Role Summary

• We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, shopper engagement, and sales growth across multiple African markets.
• The role focuses on trade marketing execution, in-store activations, and supporting product launches for a portfolio of FMCG and fragrance brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans across assigned markets.
• Lead BTL activations, in-store promotions, and POSM deployment.
• Support the local execution of ATL campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and shopper insights to improve results.
• Coordinate new product launches with sales teams and distributors.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and track campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of trade marketing experience in FMCG, beauty, or fragrance.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern trade channels.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.
