Job Summary

• We are seeking a seasoned and visionary General Manager to lead the overall operations of our Hotel & Restaurant.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, and providing strategic leadership across all business functions.
• Candidates with international hospitality experience are highly preferred; expatriates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and restaurant to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable business performance.
• Lead and manage departmental heads, fostering a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by maintaining superior service quality across all departments.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profit optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hospitality, and regulatory standards.
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to increase occupancy, restaurant patronage, and brand visibility.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop employees while promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Represent the organization professionally at industry events, business meetings, and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel and restaurant operations, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or senior executive role.
• Demonstrated success in managing luxury hotels, resorts, or internationally recognized hospitality brands.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in revenue management, financial planning, and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and hospitality management software.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
