Job Title: Bar Attendant (Male & Female)

Job Summary

• We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and professional Bar Attendants to join our hospitality team.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while ensuring an outstanding guest experience in a vibrant and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
• Ensure bar inventory is adequately stocked and report shortages promptly.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend beverages and menu items based on guest preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with stock taking, inventory control, and proper storage of beverages.
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
• 5 – 7 years of proven experience as a Bar Attendant, Bartender, or in a similar role within a reputable hotel, restaurant, or lounge.
• Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of bar operations and beverage service standards is an added advantage.
