Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Abule Ado, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver / Dispatch Rider to join our logistics team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, prompt, and efficient transportation of pharmaceutical products and other assigned items to customers, vendors, and business partners.
• The ideal candidate must adhere strictly to traffic regulations, pharmaceutical safety standards, and delivery schedules while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the prompt pickup and delivery of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and customers.
• Verify delivery contents, obtain delivery acknowledgments/signatures, and collect payments or cheques where required.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle or motorcycle.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and relevant documentation.
• Handle sensitive and temperature-controlled pharmaceutical products with care.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with the safe loading and unloading of products.
• Report accidents, mechanical faults, or delivery issues promptly.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Valid Rider's Permit (Class A).
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a Dispatch Rider.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and routes.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and responsibility.
• Experience handling confidential or sensitive packages is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
