Job Title: Ticketing / Tour Officer

Job Description

• We are recruiting on behalf of a growing travel and tour company for a Ticketing / Tour Officer to manage flight bookings, ticketing, and tour packages for its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process flight, hotel, and tour bookings for clients accurately and promptly
• Advise clients on travel options, visa requirements, and travel documentation
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to confirm bookings
• Handle ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Prepare and package tour itineraries for individual and group travel
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communication
• Stay current on airline fares, promotions, and travel advisories

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any related field
• 1 to 3 years experience in ticketing, tour operations, or a similar travel industry role
• Working knowledge of a GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Warri, Delta State.
