Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire a Masseuse who will beresponsible for delivering exceptional massage therapies and authentic Hammam treatments that promote relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation.
• The role requires excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of body therapies, outstanding customer service, and strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and spa standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of professional massage treatments, including:
  • Swedish Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Aromatherapy Massage
  • Hot Stone Massage
  • Reflexology etc
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Customize massage sessions according to clients' health conditions and preferences.
• Ensure client comfort throughout each treatment.
• Perform traditional Hammam (Turkish Bath).
• Prepare and maintain the Hammam room before and after each session.
• Conduct body cleansing, exfoliation using a Kessa glove, black soap application, steam therapy, and body rinsing.
• Perform body scrubs, body polishing, and hydration treatments.
• Apply body masks, mud wraps, and other spa body therapies where required.
• Educate clients on the benefits of Hammam treatments and aftercare.
• Welcome clients professionally and create a relaxing experience.
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to identify contraindications.
• Maintain client confidentiality and treatment records.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in treatment rooms and Hammam facilities.
• Properly sanitize massage equipment, beds, linens, and treatment tools.
• Ensure towels, robes, and supplies are clean and readily available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Certification in Hammam Therapy or Traditional Turkish Bath techniques is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 2–3 years' experience as a professional massage therapist.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa, wellness center, hotel spa, or medical spa.
• Hands-on experience performing authentic Hammam treatments is required.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body therapies.
• Excellent understanding of Hammam procedures and body exfoliation techniques.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to identify treatment contraindications.
• Excellent hygiene and infection control practices.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
