Job Summary

• As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, responding to customer inquiries across online platforms, and supporting daily sales activities to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide accurate information on the company’s products and services
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Process customer transactions and support daily store operations efficiently
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and daily sales activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive in-store customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or front desk operations
• Experience using POS systems and scanning tools is an added advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Salary
N140,000 - N160,000 monthly.
