Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Chief Security & Resilience Officer (GCSRO) to provide enterprise-wide leadership for the Group's security, resilience, and business continuity functions.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing security strategies that protect the organization's people, assets, operations, and reputation while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and governance standards.
• The role oversees enterprise security, investigations, crisis management, resilience planning, and business continuity across the Group's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group's security and resilience strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide leadership for enterprise security, investigations, crisis management, business continuity, and resilience planning.
• Lead functional planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting to ensure operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain effective governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks across the function.
• Build and develop a high-performing security team through effective leadership, coaching, and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen organizational resilience, operational efficiency, and security capability.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, law enforcement agencies, and business leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications in security, risk management, investigations, or business continuity are required.
• Minimum of 10–20 years of progressive experience, including significant leadership responsibility within large industrial, manufacturing, mining, logistics, power, or diversified conglomerate environments.
