We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Presenter / Show Host for TV & Radio

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Present assigned programs confidently and professionally on air.
• Introduce program segments, guests, and topics clearly.
• Maintain appropriate tone, language, and appearance on air.
• Adhere strictly to program scripts, running orders, and producer’s directives
• Research program topics to ensure informed and accurate presentation.
• Prepare questions, discussion points, and commentary ahead of broadcasts
• Keep up to date with current affairs and relevant trends.
• Engage viewers through clear communication and interactive segments.
• Manage live audience interactions, phone-ins, and social media feedback where applicable.
• Manage sensitive topics responsibly and diplomatically.
• Ensure guests comply with studio rules and broadcast etiquettes
• Maintain personal grooming and appearance in line with station standards.
• Protect the station’s brand and reputation on and off air.
• Work closesely with prodicers

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Theatre Arts, Communication Arts, or related field.
• Relevant presentation or media training is an advantage.

Professional Experience:

• 3–5 years on-air presentation experience (preferred).
• Talents with exceptional skills may be considered without prior experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and diction
• Confident on-air presence and charisma
• Good research and improvisation skills
• Ability to think quickly under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Understanding of broadcast ethics and NBC Code
• Basic knowledge of studio operations.
