Job Title: Finance Analyst

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Finance Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
• The ideal candidate will provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct variance, cost, and profitability analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and provide business insights.
• Support month-end closing and management reporting.
• Develop financial models and analyze business trends.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Finance, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.
• FMCG or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary
N400,000 Net monthly.
