Key Responsibilities
As General Manager, you will:
- Lead the execution of the Group's strategic objectives.
- Oversee operations across multiple business units and programmes.
- Drive organisational growth, efficiency and profitability.
- Manage departmental performance and accountability.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting and operational execution.
- Strengthen governance, risk management and compliance.
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams.
- Identify new business and partnership opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs.
- Represent the organisation with investors, partners, regulators and key stakeholders.
- Support in executing strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred).
- At least 7 years in a senior management or executive leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams, business units or organisations.
- Strong commercial, financial and operational management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A track record of driving organisational growth and operational excellence.
Experience within one or more of the following sectors is an advantage:
