Role Overview

• Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Manager with industry experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to lead our business from strategy to execution.
• This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive growth across sales, operations, and people management, while building a strong brand presence in the lifestyle and fashion care sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies to scale the business across revenue, customer base, and brand awareness.
• Sales & Marketing: Drive sales performance, partnerships, and customer acquisition through innovative campaigns and relationship building.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• People Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure profitability across all business units.
• Innovation & Growth: Identify new opportunities in sneaker care, restoration, and upcycling to expand service offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar leadership role in lifestyle, fashion, retail, or service industries.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow a business from the ground up.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Track record of driving measurable growth across sales, operations, and people development.
• Passion for sneakers, fashion, and sustainability is a plus.
