We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Brand Activation Officer (MBAO)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• As a Medical Brand Activation Officer (MBAO), your job is to expand Dokitami’s partner network across Lagos.
• You will visit pharmacies, supermarkets, gyms, salons, shopping centres, and other high-footfall businesses to onboard them as Dokitami partners.
• You won’t be selling products directly to customers—you’ll be building relationships with businesses that will recommend Dokitami to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit businesses within your assigned territory every day.
• Introduce Dokitami’s partnership programme and secure new partner locations.
• Install Dokitami banners and marketing materials.
• Distribute flyers and product samples.
• Train partner staff on the basics of Dokitami’s services.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner locations.
• Submit daily activity reports and achieve monthly partnership targets.

What We Are Looking For

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with business owners and managers; friendly, energetic, and professional.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable travelling around Lagos daily.
• Able to use smartphones and basic digital tools.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude (Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not required).

Other Requirements:

• Must reside in Lagos.
• Must be available to resume immediately.
• Must be willing to work outdoors and travel within assigned areas.

Compensation & Benefits

• N350,000 monthly salary + attractive performance commission.
