Job Description
- We're looking for a hands-on Product Designer to join our team in Ikeja. Working from our established brand identity, you'll translate visual guidelines into a functional, scalable mobile UI component library and own the design of new app features.
- As the product grows, this role will expand into broader product strategy and user research with the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate our core brand guidelines into a structured Figma UI component library (buttons, inputs, cards, navigation, and state variants).
- Design clean, intuitive mobile screens and user flows for upcoming features.
- Work closely with the engineers to ensure design handoffs translate cleanly into production code.
- Maintain visual consistency and interaction standards across the entire mobile
- application.
- Collaborate with the team to turn product requirements into clear, buildable UI/UX.
- Over time, participate in user feedback loops, usability testing, and product strategy to help shape the app's direction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree or HND from a recognized institution.
- 3 years of experience designing shipped mobile (iOS / Android) and web applications.
- Strong portfolio showing polished UI execution, mobile UX flows, and structured Figma files.
- High proficiency in Figma specifically constructing reusable components, auto-layout, variants, and developer handoffs.
- Proven ability to translate a visual brand identity into a living mobile component library.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with engineers in an early-stage environment.
Nice To Have:
- Prior experience designing for logistics, delivery, mobility, or marketplace apps.
- Basic understanding of Flutter / mobile UI constraints (safe areas, screen density, native platform conventions).- Exposure to running user interviews or usability testing.
