Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is amining company engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of lithium. With a strong presence across the country, the company operates branches in Lagos, Abuja, and Nasarawa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location: Endo, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Officer to manage the company's recruitment process and attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate assessments.
• Prepare interview reports and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain recruitment records and applicant databases.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new employees.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills.
• Experience using job boards and social media for recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.

Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
