Job Title: Group Operations Manager

Job Summary
- These roles are considered critical to strengthening plan operational coordination, systems management, accountability, technology support, and overall business efficiency across the Group.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operations across all business units and departments
- Monitor operational performance and execution
- Enforce reporting structures and operational systems
- Track KPIs and departmental performance
- Improve operational efficiency and workflow
- Prepare operational reports for executive management
- Ensure accountability and compliance across teams
Requirements
- Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5–8 years of operational management experience
- Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
- Experience managing multiple teams or business units
- Priority should be given to candidates with strong operational discipline and leadership ability.
