Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
• 8 years' experience in journalism, television, digital media, or newsroom management.
• Proven leadership experience in a media organisation.
• Strong knowledge of digital publishing, social media, and content strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and editorial skills.
