Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Female Human Resources Manager to lead the organization's HR function.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a high-performance work culture aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and staff engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws and company policies.
• Manage payroll inputs, leave administration, compensation, benefits, and HR records.
• Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee performance and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5–7 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and HR compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/payroll software.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality, beauty, retail, or service industry is an added advantage.
• Must possess strong strategic thinking, integrity, professionalism, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
