We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor & Valuer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are looking for Estate Surveyor & Valuer to join our Port Harcourt Team in Rivers State

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections, valuations, and feasibility studies.
• Handle property sales, leasing, acquisitions, and management.
• Provide expert advisory services on real estate investment and market trends.
• Liaise with clients, property owners, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management or related field and membership of NIESV
• Minimum of relevant 5 years post-NYSC experience in property valuation
• Sound knowledge of property laws, market dynamics, and investment analysis.
• Strong negotiation.

Benefits
