Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, or phone.
• Promote and sell products/services online.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
• Manage online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
• Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of online marketing and e-commerce platforms.
• Customer service orientation.
• Basic computer and CRM software skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
