Job Title: Hotel Night Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift.
• Ensure exceptional guest service, safety, and satisfaction.
• Supervise and support the night team while maintaining operational standards.
• Handle guest concerns, emergencies, and operational issues professionally.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure accurate financial reconciliation.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is an added
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
