Description

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Lekki, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Provide information on properties, pricing, and services
• Follow up with leads and ensure excellent client experience
• Maintain customer records and prepare daily reports
• Support sales and marketing activities

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years experience in Customer Support, Sales, or Admin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Smart, presentable, and target-driven
• Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos

Added Advantage:

• Experience in Real Estate and/or Banking Marketing.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
