We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage
• 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
